Mary is a Certified Integral Executive Coach with a track record of success in the technology industry.  Her career included many challenging and exciting roles including; co-founder of a successful startup, general manager in a Fortune 100 company with responsibility for a multi-billion-dollar P&L and working globally to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships. Throughout her career, Mary has focused on developing, coaching and mentoring people to have greater impact, influence and growth in their careers, resulting in members of her team progressing into executive positions.

This deep experience has informed her work as an Executive Coach to help leaders identify and face challenges or issues impeding their personal growth and leading to an increased capacity to perform at higher levels.

Mary is also certified to interpret and deliver the Hogan Personality Assessment and the Diamond Power Index.  Mary’s clients cross a wide spectrum from C-Suite, Vice Presidents, to Managers and Individual Contributors.  She also volunteers her time to work with young people as they enter their careers and is active as a coach in a women’s leadership program.
