Larry Shoop has extensive experience in all forms of communication and presentations. He has produced and written keynote speeches for some of the most important events in the technology industry. He coaches and trains C-suite executives and leaders on their presentation development and delivery. Larry is a sought-after Master of Ceremonies as well as keynote speaker on communications, presentations and storytelling. He has led global corporate communications teams and developed comprehensive strategic communications plans. He has written and produced content for video, web, print and stage in both corporate and mainstream media environments.

Mary is a Certified Integral Executive Coach with a track record of success in the technology industry. Her career included many challenging and exciting roles including; co-founder of a successful startup, general manager in a Fortune 100 company with responsibility for a multi-billion-dollar P&L and working globally to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships. Throughout her career, Mary has focused on developing, coaching and mentoring people to have greater impact, influence and growth in their careers, resulting in members of her team progressing into executive positions.

Kimberly (Kim) Harr has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, holding leadership and executive positions at Intel (23 years) and, most recently, Lam Research (3 years). Kim is known as a cultural change agent and creative solution provider who repeatedly tackles the problems no one else thinks can be solved. Throughout her career, Kim has been known as a “different kind of leader” as she brought servant leadership and emotional intelligence to her organizations, investing in them and growing the next generation of leaders. Organizations Kim led at both Intel and Lam Research scored in the upper 5% of organizational health surveys. Kim has been frequently sought out to lead highly matrixed strategic programs and coach and develop teams with a history of dysfunction.
