Kimberly (Kim) Harr has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, holding leadership and executive positions at Intel (23 years) and, most recently, Lam Research (3 years). Kim is known as a cultural change agent and creative solution provider who repeatedly tackles the problems no one else thinks can be solved. Throughout her career, Kim has been known as a “different kind of leader” as she brought servant leadership and emotional intelligence to her organizations, investing in them and growing the next generation of leaders. Organizations Kim led at both Intel and Lam Research scored in the upper 5% of organizational health surveys. Kim has been frequently sought out to lead highly matrixed strategic programs and coach and develop teams with a history of dysfunction. Kim has demonstrated her unique mix for lasting results by developing solid teams that create innovative solutions and her understanding of cultural ingredients needed to ensure real change and ongoing success across multiple companies and disciplines, including manufacturing, supply chain, and human resources.
A known change agent, Kim focuses on developing majority allies and increasing the support for DEI efforts through conversation, listening, and sharing experiences. Kim’s passion is to expose and enable anyone, regardless of position, financial status, race, gender, or background, to be the leader they were born to be.
Kim holds Master’s and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degrees from the University of Michigan. She was awarded an Intel Achievement Award (Intel’s highest award for an individual) in 2001.
